HOW TO DE-STRESS!

Hello I hope you’ve all had a good week it’s finally the weekend (yay)! This is my 5 tips on how to de-stress.

1- the first tip I would give is to try and go for a walk I feel like people don’t do this enough when they are stressed instead they stay indoors and it is not benefiting them. I think by going for a walk it helps you think and helps you calm down. 

2- the second thing I would say is turning off any of your phones/ devises I think this is a really good idea although it is very hard to do especially if that is where the stress is coming from.

3- I find listening to music really beneficial especially while going for a walk, make sure it’s calm/ upbeat music though to help boost your mood!

4- this sounds very English but I think making a cup of tea solves everything! This is one of the first things I do when I am stressed!! 

 

5- my final tip would be to have a bath you could even add a bath bomb to make it even more relaxing, by having a bath it helps you to switch off from all the stress around you. There is nothing I love more than having a nice relaxing bath and then getting into bed with fresh sheets!!
