Hello loves, I hope you’re all well. Today I thought I would give you some tips on how I relax when I am feeling stressed/anxious.
1) Go For A Walk!
Sometimes going for a walk or doing a bit of exercise helps to reduce stress and clear your mind. Scientists think that exercising can help you in many ways like helping depression and improving self-esteem so give it a go and see if it helps you!
Speaking out and talking to your friends is always a good idea, having a second opinion on your worries and things going on in your life, like they say ‘A problem shared is a problem halved’.
3) A Hot Bubble Bath!
This is my go to stress relief solution, there’s nothing I love more than running a hot bubble bath and lighting a load of cozy smelling candles! You can even push the boat out and throw in a lush bath bomb and a glass of wine ( or a hot chocolate haha) and then cozy up in bed in some comfy pajamas and watch your favorite film/tv series.
4) Get Dressed Up!
An alternative to my previous point is to get dressed up, make yourself feel good, put on your favorite outfit that makes you feel you best and put the boldest lipstick you can find on and keep your head held high!
5) Good Night Sleep!
Finally there’s nothing better than having a good night sleep and waking up feeling refreshed, if you have been working hard and not having much time for yourself having an early night could fix all your problems!
